To our Valued Customers,

    We at InnovaCare/Women’s Diagnostic Center would like to inform you that we are closing our business as of December 31, 2025.  Our office in Cleveland Heights will be closed permanently.   

   Regarding our 3D Mobile Unit Services, MetroHealth will be taking over our mobile unit in 2026.   We expect the transition to take a few months and requirements may be different with MetroHealth.  An update on future contact information will be posted after the holiday season regarding the scheduling information for your 2026 mobile services.    

  If a patient needs information on prior mammograms, please have them contact their medical provider for copies of the results.   For prior images, MetroHealth is in the process of obtaining and downloading our historical images.  This may not be completed until the end of January.  Please check back to our website for additional instructions later January. 

   We are incredibly grateful for your patronage over the years.  All of us at InnovaCare/Women’s Diagnostic Center are grateful for your support over the years in obtaining your annual screenings.   We thank you for being part of our journey.
